Human Rights & Ethical Labor Practices
Dignity. Fairness. Safety. Respect.
Prime Allied Workforce is committed to protecting human dignity and promoting responsible, fair, and ethical labor practices throughout our workforce, operations, partnerships, and client relationships.

Our Commitment
People Are at the Center of Our Work
As a workforce organization, our responsibility extends beyond filling positions.
PAW is committed to fostering working relationships in which individuals are treated with dignity and respect, employment practices are ethical and transparent, and concerns can be raised without fear of retaliation.
Dignity & Respect
Every individual deserves professional and respectful treatment.
Fair Labor Practices
We support lawful, transparent, and responsible employment practices.
Safe Workplaces
Workers should be able to perform their duties without unreasonable threats to their health or safety.
Freedom From Exploitation
Forced labor, trafficking, coercion, and abusive employment practices have no place in PAW operations.
Fair & Ethical Employment
Employment practices should be transparent, lawful, and based upon legitimate business considerations.
Fair Compensation
Workers should receive compensation required by applicable law and should never be subjected to intentional timekeeping or payroll manipulation.
Our Human Rights Principles
Freedom From Forced Labor
PAW prohibits forced labor, human trafficking, modern slavery, debt bondage, and involuntary servitude.
Health & Safety
Employees and assigned workers are encouraged to report hazards and unsafe working conditions.
We Stand For
Equal Opportunity & Respect
PAW supports workplaces free from unlawful discrimination, harassment, intimidation, and retaliation.
Ethical Recruitment
Applicants should receive truthful information regarding material job duties, compensation, work locations, and assignment expectations.
Clients, Vendors & Business Partners
Our commitment to responsible labor practices extends to the organizations with which we do business. PAW expects clients, vendors, contractors, suppliers, and other business partners interacting with our workforce to comply with applicable labor requirements and maintain working conditions consistent with fundamental standards of dignity, safety, and ethical treatment. Credible concerns involving organizations within our business relationships may be reviewed and escalated through PAW's Risk Management & Compliance function.

We Do Not Tolerate Exploitation
PAW prohibits practices involving:
Forced Labor • Human Trafficking • Modern Slavery • Child Labor Violations • Workplace Violence • Coercion • Unlawful Harassment • Retaliation • Wage Theft • Exploitative Recruitment • Document Confiscation • Abusive Worker Treatment
No business objective, client relationship, assignment, or operational demand justifies violating the fundamental rights or dignity of a worker.
See Something That Doesn't Look Right?
Employees, assigned workers, applicants, clients, partners, vendors, and members of the public may report suspected human-rights, ethical-labor, or compliance concerns through PAW's designated reporting process.
Reports may be submitted regarding suspected exploitation, unsafe working conditions, retaliation, discrimination, harassment, wage concerns, forced labor, trafficking, unethical recruitment, or other inappropriate conduct.
Good-faith reporting is protected. PAW prohibits retaliation against individuals who raise legitimate concerns or participate in compliance reviews.
