Check Your IT Support Ticket Status
Use this page to check the current status of an existing Prime Allied Workforce IT Support request. Enter the Ticket Number provided in your confirmation email and the Email Address used when the original support request was submitted.
Before Checking Your Ticket
- Use your original ticket number. Enter your ticket number exactly as it appears in your confirmation email. Example: PAW-IT-2026-000000.
- Use the same email address. You must enter the same email address used when the original IT support request was submitted. This helps protect ticket information from unauthorized access.
- Allow up to 48 hours for contact. A member of the Prime Allied Workforce IT Help Desk will review your request and contact you within 48 hours of submission. Please monitor the email address associated with your ticket for updates or requests for additional information.
- Do not submit duplicate requests. Please do not submit multiple support tickets for the same issue. Duplicate requests may delay the review and resolution process.
- Use your existing ticket for follow-up. If you need to provide additional information regarding an existing issue, reply to the Help Desk communication you received and include your ticket number.
- Ticket status does not indicate a guaranteed resolution time. The displayed status reflects the current stage of your request. Resolution times may vary depending on the nature, complexity, priority, and required escalation of the issue.
- Keep your ticket number for your records. Your ticket number should be referenced in all communications regarding the request.
